		<description>&lt;p&gt;Actually a lambic is neither truly an ale or a lager. Lambics are not brewed with ale (which ferment on the top) nor lager yeast (ferment on the bottom) but with natural yeasts occurring in the air in a the Senne valley in belgium. Thus lambics don&#039;t have yeast added but are imbibed with it from the air via fermenting in open vats. That&#039;s what gives them that tart/puckery taste. Gueze, a type of lambic is an unflavoured mixture of multiple lambics of different ages. Truly tart and delicious.&lt;/p&gt;
